1.1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 7 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
1.2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination of your order.
1.3. Domestic Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
1.4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, New Zealand & soon expanding to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
1.5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
1.6. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us at Hello@farmandfolk.store within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
2.2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at Hello@farmandfolk.store within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if the item is unused. Farm & Folk will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
2.3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@farmandfolk.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
2.4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or damaged.
3. Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
